Chef Yohanis Mix

Here is a recipe that I use every day. If you love sports like I do, I am sure you will enjoy this mix too because of its unique texture and fruity taste but also and most importantly because it will hold your tummy for at least 4 hours keeping you energized even after hard exercises like tennis! 

Flaxseed is also a great source of omega fatty acid which improves blood circulation and the cardio-vascular system by lowering cholesterol LDL and increasing HDL production

Breakfast mix:

Warm up the milk with cinnamon and some honey. 

 

Add bananas, the floured flaxseed, the distilled milk mix, ice and blend everything together.

Remove from mixer and add half a day soaked flaxseed for texture and extra flavor.

 

Serving detail suggestion:

Present in a glass like a juice.
